Geotechnical Staff Engineer

Our Geotechnical Staff Engineer will work with a variety of clients and projects in Colorado, Oregon, and Washington to provide an candid engineering and consulting experience. Duties include performing field investigations, calculations and engineering analysis, creation/design of plans and specifications, observation and inspection of sites, and the writing/development of reports for services provided. A strong knowledge of drawings and construction is required to ensure specifications and plans are complied with accuracy and safety. Researching and resolving design and construction problems will be necessary. In addition, one will track and evaluate project progress, while simultaneously working with new clients on proposals and cost estimates. Services may include projects within residential, commercial, energy, industrial, and public works.

- Preparing proposals, documents, design recommendations, modifications, and adaptations for Senior level approval.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Master’s degree in Engineering preferred, with emphasis on Geotechnical Engineering.
- Engineer-in-Training preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and geotechnical engineering software.
